Head of HR Baltics

Vadovavimas Kaunas  Implementing and developing HR strategies and
objectives in Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia;
 Developing HR processes, procedures, policies;
 Leading and updating recruitment management
strategy and talent development processes in the
organization;
 Planning and managing budget, measuring and
analysing results;
 Providing performance management guidance to
line management, developing strong understanding
of HR processes.
 University degree (management or human
resources would be an advantage);
 +5 years working experience in HR practices,
policies and procedures as a leading manager;
 Responsibility, thoroughness, creativity;
 English and Lithuanian languages professional
working proficiency as a must;
 Computer literacy: MS Office skills;
 Driving license, availability to go on business trips
to Latvia and Estonia.
