VadovavimasKaunas Implementing and developing HR strategies and
objectives in Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia;
Developing HR processes, procedures, policies;
Leading and updating recruitment management
strategy and talent development processes in the
organization;
Planning and managing budget, measuring and
analysing results;
Providing performance management guidance to
line management, developing strong understanding
of HR processes. University degree (management or human
resources would be an advantage);
+5 years working experience in HR practices,
policies and procedures as a leading manager;
Responsibility, thoroughness, creativity;
English and Lithuanian languages professional
working proficiency as a must;
Computer literacy: MS Office skills;
Driving license, availability to go on business trips
