Security Guard - Maintenance Officer

Veiklos sritis: Apsauga Darbo vieta: Vilnius Pareigų aprašymas: -Provide a welcoming, courteous and efficient reception service as required for students, visitors and contractors
-Regularly undertake campus grounds patrols to monitor and manage security
-Control and monitor surveillance equipment, and perform building and equipment inspections
-Undertake security duties to ensure the campus is opened and closed at agreed times, including locking and unlocking premises, setting and un- setting alarms
-Implement emergency procedures to ensure safe evacuation of the campus in case of fire or other emergency
-Communicate with the facility management company and other external companies on the matters of the school campus maintenance
-To co-ordinate/carry out repairs, maintenance, improvement works and inspections to ensure the general upkeep and maintenance of the premises
Reikalavimai kandidatui: -High school diploma or equivalent
-Proven experience as security officer
-Helpful, courteous attitude
-Good level of English, both spoken and written
