Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Responsible for growing and developing different sales regions. Making yearly business plans per market and follow-up
• Identify new customers, open doors, and grow the distribution within the boundaries of the brand across all our product categories
• Reporting – weekly follow-up on markets, selling in, selling out, trends, etc.
• Ready to attend at least 4 times a year various B2B shows in Europe and worldwide
• Nurturing the relationship with existing clients • Passionate about sales, sales management, customer development and with a growth mindset
• Comfortable working independently and taking responsibility for ensuring the solution is taken to completion
• Detail-oriented, with a good overview to manage and prioritize your tasks in a busy everyday life
• Efficient, decisive, and proactive – a self-starter who takes responsibility
• Structured, analytic, data-oriented
• A hunter more than a farmer attitude
• Readiness to work 100% remote and have digital contacts, phone calls, online meetings with your prospects.
• Ambition and drive: you need to be excited about growing with the company.

• A Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business, Economics, or similar
• Proven sales track record
• Fluent in English. Additional languages give you bonus points
• Experience within sales, sales management in a growing business
• Experience with lifestyle brands
• Excellent relationship skills

You will be employed for Lithuanian company which reports directly to MinMin Copenhagen Aps, which is based in Denmark. 1600-2000 €
