Logistika/TransportasKaunasDuties / Responsibilities
❖ Locate, negotiate price, and books loads with customers;
❖ Dispatch and schedule trucks;
❖ Design pickup/delivery routes;
❖ Accurately update TMS with actual arrival times;
❖ Ensure efficient utilization of drivers and equipment;
❖ Coordinate daily deliveries and pick-up activities;
❖ Daily communication and coordination between drivers and customers on load
information;
❖ Proactively communicate with Customer Reps on several aspects such as detentions, late
arrivals, early arrivals, lumpers, stop-offs;
❖ Determine the best delivery methods and negotiate rates directly with vendors and
customers;
❖ Coordinate on maintenance issues as well as scheduling roadside services for a driver breakdowns;
❖ Other duties as assigned;
Additional information:
❖ Working hours - 15:00 - 01:00 MONDAY - FRIDAY.REQUIREMENTS
❖ 2+ years of experience in Freight Brokerage, Logistics, Transportation (United States prefered)
❖ B2 or higher English level, Russian language skills - advantage;
❖ Able to work within a fast-paced environment independently while balancing multiple responsibilities;
❖ Effective communication skills with a strong attention to detail;
❖ Honest, strong work ethic, resoureful and possess effective negatiation skills;
❖ Ability to handle conflict and providee insightful resolution with mindset to prevent future issues;
❖ Proficient in computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite, Google Suite;
