We are looking for a talented and experienced Marketing Director to lead our company's marketing efforts. The Marketing Director will be responsible for developing, implementing, and monitoring strategic marketing plans that align with our business goals. This position plays a crucial role in driving our brand's growth and engagement while managing a team of marketing professionals.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with the company's overall business goals and objectives.
Oversee the development of branding and positioning strategies, ensuring consistency across all channels and marketing efforts.
Analyze and report on the performance and efficiency of campaigns and events.
Conduct market analysis to identify challenges and opportunities for growth.
Forecast marketing trends and make data-driven decisions to enhance marketing effectiveness.
Manage a cross-functional marketing team, fostering a collaborative environment while ensuring performance and productivity.
Manage relationships with agencies and vendors.
Work closely with Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams to align on strategy, ensure coherent messaging, and optimize customer journey.Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or relevant field. A Master's degree is a plus.
Proven experience in a similar role, preferably within our industry.
Deep understanding of marketing principles, strategies, and best practices.
Strong leadership skills with experience managing a team.
