As the Coliving Receptionist, you will be the friendly face and driving force behind creating an engaging and supportive community for our members. Your main responsibilities will include:
- Communicate and support our guests with general inquiries
- Participate in planning community events like mixers and parties
- Assist with community calendar and property inspections
- Help residents with their arrival and departure
- Crush day-to-day administrative tasks
Requirements:
- To excel in this role, we are looking for someone who embodies the spirit of community and possesses the following qualifications:
- Good English language skills, other languages would be a plus
- Customer service skills and the ability to handle guest inquiries
- Organizational abilities to participate in planning events and handle various tasks efficiently
- A passion for social media
